better work
It’s a problem design can help solve, and one The Walker Group often tackles. But that just scratches the surface of what a systems-oriented approach to workplace design can achieve. The deepest benefits come when leaders recognize that space influences behavior. Once you realize its power as a strategic lever, it’s then crucial to understand what behaviors the company wants to foster in service to business and cultural goals. Then we align them with real estate decisions — a process that is at least as valuable as the workplace it yields.
